Though rare, it is possible that an item you ordered may arrive defective. Refunds or exchanges are offered to customers who receive the wrong items, damaged items or mislabeled items. If any of these apply, please let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org within a week after receiving your order. Please include your order number and photos of the defective item, and we will sort it out for you. Here at Happy Harry Taggs, we can only be happy if you are happy.

Because our products are made to order, we do not offer refunds for buyer's remorse. We do however, want you to be happy with your purchase.
