WHAT IS HARRY'S RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?

Though rare, it is possible that an item you ordered may arrive defective. Refunds or exchanges are offered to customers who receive the wrong items, damaged items or mislabeled items. If any of these apply, please let us know at happyharrytaggs@gmail.com within a week after receiving your order. Please include your order number and photos of the defective item, and we will sort it out for you. Here at Happy Harry Taggs, we can only be happy if you are happy.  


If you are unsure of which size would fit you best, check out our sizing charts - we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.


Because our products are made to order, we do not offer refunds for buyer's remorse. We do however, want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product that is not defective as described above, please send us an email to happyharrytaggs@gmail.com so we can work together to find a solution. 

DOES HARRY SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Happy Harry Taggs is currently shipping to the USA only. We hope to expand to other countries in the near future.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

All our products are made on demand. Estimated delivery will show on each product page.

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY TEE?

  • Machine wash cold gentle cycle with shirt inside-out.
  • Do not use bleach.
  • Hang dry or tumble dry on low.
  • Iron on low heat with shirt inside-out. Do not iron decoration.
  • Not following care instructions may result shrinkage and damage to shirt and design.

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY HOODIE OR CREW SWEATSHIRT?

  • Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. 
  • Do not use bleach.
  • Do not use fabric softeners.
  • Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life.
  • Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration.
  • Do not dry clean.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes! Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number. 

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

If the delivery time frame has passed and you have still not received your items, please reach out to us at happyharrytaggs@gmail.com. Please include your order number so we can investigate the order status for you.

I DID NOT RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you have not received an order confirmation email, it is likely the result of one or two things:

  • The order was not fully placed and processed.
  • The email address entered was incorrect.

If you are certain the email address linked to the order is correct, please check the spam folder for your order confirmation. If you are still unable to locate an order confirmation, please email us at happyharrytaggs@gmail.com and we will look into it for you.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Shipping will vary depending on the items purchased and will be calculated at checkout.

CAN I GET EXPEDITED SHIPPING?

At this time we do not have an expedited shipping option available.

We do run special promotions through our newsletter list and on our social media. If you would like to hear about special promotions please subscribe to our newsletter and follow us on our social media.
