Because our products are made to order, exchanges are not offered. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.
Though rare, it is possible that an item you ordered may arrive defective. Refunds or exchanges are offered to customers that receive the wrong items, damaged items or mislabeled items. If any of these apply, please let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org within a week after receiving your order. Please include your order number and photos of the defective item, and we will sort that out for you.
